pm snack: freshly bakes oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with pear slices and water to drink
am snack: carrot spice muffins with yogurt and water to drink
lunch: sausage spaghetti with milk to drink
pm snack: oatmeal cookie with apple sauce
am snack: yogurt, cheerios and fruit. water to drink
lunch: turkey meatball soup with freshly baked biscuits and milk to drink
pm snack: crackers with veggies and dip. water to drink
am snack: scones with homemade jam, yogurt and water
lunch: make your own pizza with lots of healthy topping options. Milk to drink
pm snack: apple slices, rice cakes and craisins, water to drink.
Note: all baked goods, apple sauce, jams, soups etc are homemade. Having as few processed foods in our diet is a big goal of mine.
