Monday:
am snack: scones with butter/jam, yogurt and water to drink.
lunch: Cod Beignets with rice and steamed carrots. Milk to drink.
pm snack: crackers, cheese, cucumbers with dip and water to drink
Tuesday:
am snack: cut up grapes with yogurt and water to drink
lunch: roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy and peas. Milk to drink.
pm snack: cheesy bread sticks with apple slices and water to drink.
Wednesday:
am snack: pumpkin muffins, yogurt and water to drink
lunch: Turkey pot pies with biscuit topping. Milk to drink
pm snack: sunflower butter rollups with apple slices and water to drink.
Thursday:
am snack: apple butter cinnamon rolls with cream cheese glaze, yogurt and water
lunch: crispy vegetarian wanton wrappers fill with seasoned rice and veggies. Home made sweat and sour sauce and Milk to drink.
pm snack: granola bites with pear slices and water
Friday:
am snack: breakfast muffin (scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, cheese and chives all incorporated into a delicious muffin batter). Water to drink.
lunch: homemade macaroni and cheese with milk to drink
pm snack: oatmeal cookies, yogurt and bananas.
*note, all baked goods, fruit/vegetable purees for muffins, jams etc are homemade by me. I pride myself in not feeding the children in my daycare a lot of processed foods.
