I went on the weekend to the bulk barn and purchased a bunch of new flours. It was quite interesting to see how many different types there were. I am excited to start experimenting and will post pictures and recipes that turn out great.
So far I have found an amazing gluten free blog with a ton of advice and information for both the newbie and the experienced gluten free person.
Today while the little ones are napping I am going to try making her Strawberry chocolate chip muffins. Just mine will only have chips in half the batter as Nicholas is allergic to milk! http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.ca/2010/03/strawberry-chocolate-chip-muffins.html

these muffins were an epic fail :( not even worth pictures. They looked fantastic when I took them out of the oven however they deflated into a weird jelly mess moments after.
